Davis Leonard is joining the PDI team as the new Senior Product Manager for Digital Organizing, with a specific focus on building out PDI’s recently-acquired relational organizing tool suite, OutreachCircle.
As Digital Organizing Director for Jon Ossoff’s Senate runoff campaign in 2021, Davis ran one of the biggest relational organizing programs in history as part of the campaign’s robust and innovative digital organizing program. Prior to that, she served as Deputy Digital Organizing Director at the Democratic National Committee during the 2020 general election, where she built the DNC’s first automated email chase program for voter registration and mail ballot applications, created a national Accessible Voter Assistance Textline, and led the DNC’s organizing broadcast SMS and email programs. Davis has also held positions with Warren Democrats and Warren for President.
Davis is ready to get to work strengthening PDI’s relational organizing suite and using technology to layer relational into traditionally cold voter contact methods. She believes deeply in the power of relational organizing, and is thrilled to bring her experience to PDI to help Democratic campaigns and organizations build movements, win elections, and create bold progressive change.
