Campaigns are like startups. They often begin with little more than a folding table and a chair, and within a period of months they need to be highly functioning organizations of staff and volunteers, with nimble, responsive, and effective systems to deal with the frenetic pace heading into Election Day.
Fortunately for these startups, there are some consistent set pieces, and in California, The PDI is one of them. Staff and volunteers can go from campaign to campaign over the course of several election cycles and each time they get their new PDI login there is a return to something familiar.
Of course, even with the stability of PDI, there are changes and improvements. In the past few years we have added new functionality with our online phone banks, mobile walking application, emailing program, PDI Connections functionality, and a new digital ad download option to link your data directly to your digital vendor. We have also provided new ways to see and show off your data utilizing Tableau..Introductory live online trainings on the PDI software are available every week at 4pm on Tuesdays and 10am on Thursdays – A deeper training on field & phone canvassing is held every Thursday at 4pm and advanced trainings on a variety of topics every Wednesday at 10am.
