PDI Voter Privacy / Legal Use Statement


Political Data Incorporated believes that the use of our voter file for providing registered voter information is a critical component in the democratic process. We also recognize the need to protect the personal information contained in our database. Political Data retains the right and obligation to know exactly how the voter data is to be used and by whom. If we do not feel comfortable with the intended use of the voter file, we may request that a campaign seek approval from their local registrar. Once approval is granted, we will be more than happy to fulfill your order. We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity that has not provided an accurate description of their intended use of voter information.


Political Data does not transfer ownership of any of our lists under any conditions.


Political Data will report and/or prosecute any known violation of permissible use as stated by federal or state law, or the PDI use agreement.

All information shared between any Political Data employee and a current or potential customer is considered private and will not be disclosed to any unaffiliated individual or organization.
