Standard Pricing Schedule

Use this schedule to estimate your cost for labels, mail files, walking lists, phone lists, or other voter listings or files. Raw voter data purchases are limited. The price and availablity of voter files and relational files will be determined on a per job basis.

Prices are advisory only, subject to adjustment for customer specifications.

Discount for additional copies/uses of the same product are as follows:
30% off of 2nd copy/use
60% off of 3rd-5th copy/use
75% off of 6th and any additional copy/use

Additional Costs / Pricing:

* A printing charge of $0.02 per page is applicable to all printed lists.
* Standard peel-off (4-up, adhesive, Avery) labels are an additional $3.00 per thousand.
* 1-up peel-off labels are an additional $5.00 per thousand.
* Cheshire polling place labels are an additional $7.00 per thousand.
* Custom programming and mapping services $75.00 per hour.
* Delivery and tax, when applicable, are not included in the above price.
* Call for pricing on voter samples and campaign software.

Schedule Descriptions:

Schedule A - Primary or General election voter history provided by counties.
Schedule B - Municipal or Special election voter history retrieved by Political Data Inc.

Price does not include sales tax. This page provides a cost estimate based on the standard jobs. Any job that requires additional programming time or special custom data may result in a higher price. Please include the cost estimate total with your written order so that your PDI representative can confirm the estimate.
